Cross Program:

Municipal waste treatment plan cannot cover all region in Bali, even such a plan is still in the air. There is Denpasar Sewerage Development Project (DSDP) in the city of Denpasar. It is seem DSDP also cannot cover yet all over the city. In lieu of this municipal waste water treatment, in order to fill the gap, it is suggested to provide this Bali clean river service by developing house hold treatment tank based on community participation.

Background:

River is mainly functioning as rain waterway. Household waste water need to be treated. Reuse treated water only.

Objectives:

1.  Clean water in river, lake and sea
2.  Keep SUBAK alive.
